Livestock Forms
Exhibitors showing animals will sign up for classes and pre-enroll for the premium sale using the links found below. All livestock forms are due to the Mankato Office by the pre-fair deadline, June 17th.

Food and Nutrition
Jewell County 4-H Foods and Nutrition entries are judged at Pre-Fair Judging on July 7, 2026. Read the fair book to make sure all information is provided to accompany your entry.

Premium Sale Animal Selection
Premium Sale Animal Selection form is due one hour after the last livestock show has ended. All requirements on the Premium Sale Requirements form (seen above) must be met to be eligible to participate in the sale.
Fashion Revue and Clothing & Textiles
- Scripts will be read at the Public Fashion Revue exactly as submitted.
- Scripts are limited to 100 words.
- Scripts are encouraged to incorporate the fair theme into descriptive language.
- Script information is to include exhibitor name, club, age, year in school, hobbies, interests, and descriptive details about your outfit (fabric, pattern details, and accessories).
- Example: Janet Jarvis of the Winning Valley 4-H Club has constructed her casual outfit to be worn to school activities such as music programs or class plays. Her jumper is made from colorful cotton with bows around the neckline. She accented this jumper with a brightly colored cotton top. Janet's accessories are bead wrapped earrings and bracelet. Her slip-on shoes are also accented with bows. Janet is in the 8th grade and enjoys clothing construction.
